This was a fantastic month for many reasons.
#1 The 4th of July, which is my favorite holiday
I do not know what this picture is about.
#2 My family's (The Galans) annual family reunion camping on the beach at Camp Pendleton, CA
My cousin Jillian and her Fiance Gino. We all went to the pier and ate at Ruby's in Oceanside!
The kids right in front of a really huge wave that had just crashed.

#3 Birthday Madness! My sister Kelsey, my brother Christopher, Me, my cousin Leslie, and her husband Don all had birthdays this month!
This is Don's Birthday cake, made by Leslie. It rocks!
#4 We went to my favorite place again, Disneyland! I really am spoiled. Glen got my mom and his mom to have their birthday gifts to me be tickets to this wonderful place! It's pretty pricey for us poor law student and wife, so it was a great gift from them. My brother came with us because he stayed with us for about a week after the rest of my family returned to Utah. My uncle Perry and my aunt Sarah also came with their children. It was fun to "share the magic" with little kids that were as excited as I was!
The new little mermaid ride! Awesome!
Dole Whip!
New Star Tours!
We left so late that we were literally one of the only cars left in the garage! I never wanted to leave!
#5 My brother Christopher stayed with us an extra few days on the beach and then returned with us to Arizona! We floated the Arizona Salt River, ate plenty of good food, went thrifting, and played lots of games! It was a great time.
This is one day's find after thrifting. All of these books were $.50 to $1.00 each, all in great condition! Awesome!
#6 After Christopher went home, some more of our family stopped in Arizona as they were passing through to return home from our vacation in California. We always have so much fun together!
#7 Glen and I went to Las Vegas! It was only 5 hours from where we were staying and the finalists from The Voice were performing and we bought tickets. We had a good time walking the strip, visiting a chocolate factory and a cactus garden, and the concert was amazing!
The first performance with the top 8 finalists of The Voice! They were amazing live!
Javier Colon! The winner of The Voice!
One of my favorites, Dia Frampton.
Vicci Martinez doing "Dog Days are Over." Amazing performance. You can see her in the front with her drums.
Nakia doing "Sex and Fire"
Frenchie! She didn't affect me much when I was watching the show but she had the best live voice hands down. Her range is crazy!
Kasey Weston! She was the one I was originally rooting for. I love her version of "Leather and Lace."
So, I hated Beverly while the show was airing, but that night she was hands down the best performer. She is so great with the audience and seems really kind. She was so fun to watch!
Another one of Dia Frampton. I really loved her dress!
And another...
Here is Xenia (pronounced sen-ya). She's pretty boring to watch but has such a great sounding tone. Glen likes her voice the best.
It was so fun! Can't wait 'til next season!
At the M&M Factory. I'm not sure what we're looking at...
I would recommend everyone go! There was a lady walking around giving everyone handfuls of free M&Ms! It was really fun.
We also went to the Hard Rock Cafe. This dish makes my mouth water every time I look at it. Mmm...
"All That Jazz" at the Bellagio
The MGM Lion Exhibit! This lion was sleeping.. it was scary walking underneath him!
Cactus Garden. Glen looks funny...
Pretending to prick his finger
It was all around a very good month!
